• Salons are responsible for services provided
• Users must arrive on time for appointments

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Pawlio is not responsible for payment processing errors.

Cancellation policies are set by individual salons. Users should review salon policies before booking.

7. Acceptable Use

• No misuse of the platform
• No fraudulent bookings

8. Limitation of Liability

Pawlio is not liable for services provided by salons or any damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
